At Prizi, we take great care to ensure your favorite snacks reach you fresh and intact. 

1. Delivery Coverage:
We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available yet — but we’re working on it!

2. Processing & Delivery Time:
All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days and Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within up to 3 working days in Ahmedabad and up to 7 working days across India. While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges:
A standard shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable on all orders across India, and free delivery over ₹499.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available) to follow your snacks journey to your doorstep.

5. Missing Orders:
All our products are packed with care. However, if your order arrives incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear unboxing video at our WhatsApp number +91-87994 85562 for quick assistance.

6. Returns & Refunds:
Since our snacks are perishable food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is dispatched.

7. Bulk Orders:
For bulk, B2B, or export inquiries, please contact us directly via call or WhatsApp for customized assistance.

8. Storage Advice:
To maintain freshness, please store cookies in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, consume within 15 days.
